Hi.
I never realized some of the 'crazy' policies some domain name cos. have if you want to sell/ transfer your domain name to another person or company.
I have seen where the buyer must agree to use the co. for 3 years. Or that I would still be responsible for the buyer's violating terms or owing monies. Or that I need a copy of the buyer's utility bills...
Is there a place to register a domain name that does  not have anything more 'onerous' than waiting 60 days to sell the domain name?
