Well if you are giving away or listing freeware etc., then it's not a bad idea. Looking at your site, it seems fairly appropriate - a meta forwarding refresh or whatever you are doing at the moment isn't a good idea though. Either mask the Freewebs address with the domain you have bought or do a 301 redirect on the domain to the Freewebs address.
Better still would be to move away from Freewebs - I believe they use frames or something on their sites that stop you from seeing the actual page addresses if you mask the domain (I know from experience with them) so getting another host might be a worthwhile idea - whether paid or free. Is the Godaddy advertising at the top of the domain before the refresh necessary as well?
