Not sure what your question is, but a number in domain name, if it makes sense is as good as any other name.

Thanks
Gaurav

It looks like a name with a number in it. Numbers that people know, which help, but still. What would it do? what would it be used for?

Hello,

In case you are thinking for web hosting, you can have the domain name as such in which you can use 24*7*365 in a single domain, this will help as an key-word to view your website on the first page of Google

< link drops removed >

Actually!

You can't (symbols are not valid in DNS hostnames)

and it won't, the url is of no value for ranking

I'm a little bit late with my response to the thread, but still I'd say that if the word "name" in
is hours or days, like www.24hours.com, www.service24hours.com or www.365days.com, then it will make a sense to the visitor, as the words are compatible.

As far as number goes, they need to have some meaning, eg:

101 - beginner guide
1800 - tel no
007 - james bond

Something like that, just be cool in your domain.

Well.......I do not think having a number in domain name can help a little bit in terms of search engine ranking. Its about your choice you can go for any of above and do proper on page off page optimisation only that can help and not just a number in domain.

I'm not big fan of domain names with numbers. But there is some big scores like hi5. News24 and other. If its good word with nice numbers i think thats very brand and easy to remember domain name.
