I want to reg a domain in .de zone from EuroDNS.com. It costs 18 €. Is it much?
And one more question - I'm not the citizen of Germany. Can I do it?

Hello.
You have to have administrative contact in Europe (in Germany to be more exact).
If you are in Europe you'd better use european domain name registar.

You shouldn't be Germain resident. You can register it freely.

I personally use hexonet.net as registrar.
They are based in Germany, and propose .de to 6€ pear years:

EuroDNS.com is a well-known registrar that provides good services in domain registartion field. You may reg any domain with them with the extension you like.
