How about $0? Do you really think you have something special here? Why don't you spend a couple of years, build a legit. business and then come back and ask that same question. The reason some domains are sold for a lot of money is because they already have either the traffic, or the clientele... How much traffic have you received to that domain lately?

This part of the forum is based on the domain name not domain website but you probably have below average reading comprehension skills. They may as well just eliminate this part of the forum because you say a website domain name is not worth anything by itself. Its like someone buys an unfurnished house in Beverly Hills and doesn't add any furniture. Under your know it all logic, the price is either worth nothing or else it can not appreciate or depreciate.
