Here's the problem that you need to understand. Let's say 2 people own identical sized houses with the same size property. One of them lives in Beverley Hills. The other lives in Watts (home of riots, not a very nice place to live). The House in Beveley Hills will probably sell for 50 times or so what the House in Watts would.
Consider .COM Beverley Hills. Stuff like .IM is Watts. You can have a great name but it won't be worth much because of the domain suffix.

I really don't understand the point your making. Right now you have a great "House" in an area no one wants to live. That's how you got the "House" in the first place. It isn't worth anything because of the area. That's not trashing, that's the fact, jack. I'm doing you a favor telling you the truth which is better then these cretins on a nameless board did for me. If you want to think its worth something now, dream on. Maybe in 15 years if somehow that domain suffix gets built up. Again, if you have a house in a worthless area but in 20 years the neighborhood is rebuilt, then the house is worth something. Right now you have totally worthless property. Or to be more explicit. Let's say you can marry a woman who looks like Raquel Welch in her prime at 21. However, this woman unfortunately has Aids.
Do you think she now has the desirability of say a below average looking woman without Aids? Come on dude, get real. PS My remarks were not meant to be derogatory against Aids victims and I apologize if anyone construes them as such.

Look I don't really care if you don't grasp the concept. This subforum isn't for selling domain names, another one on here is. If this subforum was meant to sell domain names, I wouldn't have offered (constructive) critcism. I hope you really do well but I'm telling you not to go overboard on what most people consider is a false premise. I lost about $500 doing something along your lines albeit with Dot Com Names. The point is right now you have one of the most undesireable domain suffixes one can have and no matter how great the name before it is, isn't going to change the fact that you bought worthless property unless you luck out and find a total idiot. I do wish you well but you're harboring under a false impression. The only reason you got the name Media in the first place is because no one wants to buy a domain with that suffix unless they're possibly living in the Isle of Man.
