Undevelop domain value will only skyrocket if some big corp desperetely need some ridiculous word(s) or letters for their product/company/services/etc.

By develop it to become popular, or park it to earn from ads, or hope that some big loan company happen to need this name for their online name...

Maybe, but it's much better to buy a domain, develop a proper brand, then sell it. It's worth far more that way.

Can I also say that this sort of thing does get on mine (and a lot of people's nerves I think). No offense, but parked domains and buying domains simply to sell them is a bit pointless. I've done it before myself and it didn't work out. Now when I'm developing a real web site that I want a good domain for, everyone's bought them and parked them. I found a good one in the end, but parked domains are just an annoyance. You'd be better off buying domains and designing a web site, then selling it. You would certainly raise more that way.

On the other hand... There are lots of people make a living by park and sell domains. Is it true that they gain so much?

for me, getting the unique content for a website, and marketing it is very hard for me. I ' rather selling it for $100 for both. I think it is ok as I found out that two word loan related domain name is not easy to get. Do you think so?

I agree with what dan said, developing them and then selling them would be more rewarding financially. Regarding you point about it being hard, you can't expect to earn money easily, specially initially when you're not established enough. As far as these names are concerned, they are not worth more than reg fee unless you get lucky and find an end user. But the chances of that are same as winning a lottery.
