I been looking for some domain names via my favorite tool, and I found one that I really like. I did a whois, and got the following back:

Now, I did actually go to the domain I was searching for, and found content linking to other pages. Didn't look like typical parked domain content either, so what now? I went to the Internic site and did a search again. Says it's up for grabs.
So can I just register the domain? I'd like to use it for a project for my family, but I don't need the hassle of C&D letters
Any advice?
