eBay name is a trademark, your domain is a trademark violation. Value is worth registration costs at the most.

Why would it be a violation if ebaysellersunite is one word?

That doesn't matter when it comes to domains.
Just because there's no separation of the words doesn't make it one word.
Anyone with a halfway decent grasp of the English language can see that
it is 3 words (including "eBay)". Please have a look at these pages to view
eBay's stance on this subject...

The language that ebay uses is not concrete. It states "Trademark infringement usually involves using someone's trademark on a good or service in a way that may confuse others about the source or affiliation of the goods or services. For example, if a seller unauthorized by or unaffiliated with Nike® sells sports clothes called "Nikestuff," the seller is probably infringing Nike’s trademark. There are other ways to infringe a trademark, including registering domain names that are substantially similar to the name of a trademark owner." Of course the company will say it is copyright infringement. The fact remains that the law concerning this subject is unclear and is up for interpretation.

Who's "interpretation" do you think a judge is going to favor? Yours or eBay's?
I'm not saying eBay will come after you. But I'm not dumb enough to play around
with a company that could put me in the poorhouse even if I won the case.

I agree with fish, its not going to be a problem. eBay is not going to go after that type of domain, especially when there is no precedence in suing over partial domain name trademark violations. Plus there thousands of domains that have ebay in the name, especially blogs.
Moxxnixx, I think you are totally off base and its because people like you nothing gets done about these issues, you too scared of being sued.
You just sit in front of your computer nay saying others initiatives.

A quick Google search will show that eBay HAS gone after these types of domains.
Even if there's the occasional win against Ebay, the winner is still stuck with paying
outrageously high legal fees. Do you deny that?

He can do whatever he wants with that domain. I could care less. I'm just pointing
out that it would be very reckless to not consider the legal implications.

It might be different if a person develops the site like the popular *sucks.com sites.
But, once you try to profit off of it, that's a totally different ballgame and you can
be targeted for a lawsuit.
