Can somebody explain to me why is it my domain www.seccomt just keep dropping?

My domain went from a PR:4 then it went to a PR:3 and it stays this way for a wile now it dropped to a PR:2.

My domain get at least 10,000 hits a month with a 200% increase and instead of my domain going from a PR:3 to somewhere around a PR:5 it dropped to a PR:2

I have my site in Google Ad word bidvertiser advertisement and a lot more pay per click websites.

How can a site get 10,000 hits a month with a 200% increase and instead of the PR going up it just keep going down?

Or is it Google trying to bully me for talking about them?

Any advice?
Thanks.

It's simple: Google hates you. Sue them for their hate.

Seriously, there are two things at work here:

1) Toolbar PageRank is a relative indicator. The 0-10 changes based on the page with the highest overall PageRank and goes from there. It's not an absolute indicator.

2) Toolbar PageRank is updated infrequently and useless. There are plenty of threads (including a Sticky in the Google forum) that talk about this. As long as your traffic goes up, that's all that matters.
