Name.com is the one, but I want them to provide more quality service like Sibername.com or Godaddy do. BTW they are not so cheap bet not expensive as well.
Namecheap used to be. There has been quite long period of time a do not register any domain name.

Whoever you end up going with, here's a little tip: Before you buy, do a search for a coupon or promo code for that company. You can often get a good discount that way.

I've stayed away from GoDaddy after reading MANY horror stories about the difficulties in transferring your domain away from their servers. Name.com is cheap and there aren't many people who have complained about them. Their DNS and other tools are easy to use, and you can integrate your site into Google Apps very easily right through the name.com site also. I'm certainly a fan
