I hope this is the right section to post this...

I have hosting and a domain name with cynproweb, i have tried to renew thi through them but nothing happens, no replies to support tickets and emails just bounce back, any idea what has happened to cynproweb?

Also will i still be able to access my website and forum hosted on there without having a domain name to the account?
