I do get different search results with ask jeeves - I think it does work differently - dont know how though.
I don't think it really works differently, but the arrangement of the way the search results comes up might be slightly different. I think they focus mainly on what your ask for, and they combine the keywords to fit your best needs. Unlike other Search Engines, where you type in a word and it shows up all links with that word integrated within.
