I actually havent sold a domain yet but planning on it sometime soon

I bought a domain fourstarscasino.com, and held it for about a month and a half. I tried to create a casino out of it, but it didn't work out too well. You need licences, and a lot of money, so I made it into a Casino review website. I highered the PR to 2 or 3, then a month and a half later after I registered it, sold it for I think 300.00. Not bad for a months full of work, which wasn't that much. I have helped people sell domains for greater amounts though, in the thousands, so I have been there before.

Thats pretty good, how do you help people sell a site? One of my friends got like 4k for helping someone out onetime. =O

I havent sold a domain personally myself yet - One site I worked on about 2 years ago with a colleague - sold for $400 after 1 month of registering it - cant remember what it was now - will look back and find out

Personally, I have never and don't ever intend to buy a domain for more than its registry fee.

Even if a high traffic site is up for sale that you know you can do better with?

I've never paid more than $6.75 for a domain... I've sold:

One casino domain for $100, and a similar name to the same guy for $35.
One pair of real estate domains to the same person for $250.
A couple of names for between $35 and $50.
I'm in negotions right now to sell a domain on Sedo for $150.
