I had to bring this up. Even though it is worth a katrillion dollars, it is very unique. It is unique from other search engines, because Google is a kiddy like name if you come to think about it.

What do you think makes it so popular? Is it the fast that people just come back to it to search for there topics? Or that it is one of the fastest Search Engines on the net?

www.goog.com? Nah that doesn't sound as good as google.com. I don't know if we can think of something as good as google.com.

I can only imagine what could be better. Google's Alexa rank is 3, which is unbelievable. It probably gets 99,999,999,999 type-in's a day. Seriously...

Yeah but the ALexa ranking is not really worth much as it only counts people with the alexa toolbar installed - its not a true measure.

Alrighty. Google PR of 10 for google.com. It also has 230,000,000 + links when google is typed in. That's extreme. I can only imagine what this is worth. Probably over a billion dollars. Even without as much content... All of it's content is inplemented within the Search Engine.

Heh... I wouldn't doubt it at all. They won't sell anytime soon, because alone they probably make a fortune off the site as it is. No need to sell, unless they get lazy and drop it, but that will never happen, along with all of the other big sites, that everyone hopes drops. Exactly what I think... Drools lol...

Yeah that must be awesome though. You can live the life, sit back and relax in a nice hot climate on a beach or something. Sounds too good to be true, but these lucky people have it good. They have no idea!

I know... Right! When you stop to think about it, you say to yourself... "Why didn't I think of something that good"? Sure it's easy to say now!

I'm just reading that Broadcast.com sold for 5.7 billion dollars. Would that make this the richest domain name in the world? LOL! Here is the link. . Unbelievable!

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. 5.7 billion dollars for a name. That's sickening. Selling that wouldn't be such a bad idea now would it? I mean even though they probably make enough off of the site, I probably would keep it too.

Yeah... But they are probably making a pretty penny while it's up so it would be smart to just keep it up. Unless of course they want to buy the country, which they probably already have the money saved up for, so they have no money problems. People are starving and poor in this world, and people like this are racking in the major dough. :jeez:

Definitely not. You would need a huge secured site to take care of that. Or a bank of course.
