Ever since Poker started becoming the hot thing to do, domains have sky rocketed. Recently Poker.in sold for over $1,000.00 via Sedo, which is a lot of money IMO. I mean it is a very nice name, but .in? How valuable is .in? I guess if you stop to think about it, it is a nice buy and can surely be very valuable.
