I posted this on the grey forum, but I'm guessing that the really sharp guys arent slumming in there with us.... the question...


I have a site that I do absolutely nothing with. I have owned the domain for a couple years, the site is PR4, and gets minimal traffic. Once in a blue moon there is an adsense click, to the tune of about $11 this year. However, two people on textlinkbrokers.com have bought text links, and have had them since I put them up in April, assumably for the poker related link. I get a payment for $105 every two months for these two ads.

Question: Should I just keep the money coming in through Paypal, or should I sell the site for a bargain price and use the direct influx of cash to help push my current project that I am dedicating my full attention to?

Or, should I put some time into some content on my site, and then sell it in 6 months for a nice profit?

Ideas?

Develop more content on your site and the ROI will be definitely be good. But you don't have time as you mention, then why not just sell it based on 24 month revenue?

24 months? you honestly think someone would pay $1200 for that?

Low income sites generally sell for around 1 months revenue. 24 is a bit high I think.
