I picked this up for some reason, I don't know really, I just thought it was a good URL..lol
I'd like build a good article site on it but haven't found a script that I like yet..

anyways, it's www.seoarticle.net

i paid 50$ for it and have been offered 100 for it already.

maybe you guys don't really do appraisals, I seen a few threads in that sections. That is why I posted it here.

Hm.. if you are being offered $100 dollars already, you should probably keep it. Make it a little bigger than sell it for triple.

yup, as soon as I find an article script that I like, I'll install that are start developing it..
I'm hoping to get a lot more 300 for it when I'm done.

This is a better-than-average domain

I would recommend to develop it into a articles directory just for SEO and integrate some RSS feeds

You can try out Article Dashboard and pull out the latest SEO articles from Ezinearticles [for content freshness].

You may want to take a look of what i did for SEO eBooks- Free SEO Articles.

I was playing with that ArticleDashboard and thought it was pretty nice.
It has an RSS feature built in that I do use to pull content with ?

I want the sites main purpose to be a article directory that ppl can submit seo articles too.. but I like the idea of some rss feed on the main pages that would keep them updated.
