I did some domain speculation research over the weekend, so as soon as I herd the word I snapped up the domain.

Right now I have a 302 redirect that points to a folder on one of my other domains.

Is it better to have a "For Sale" landing page or a small content site with only a small mention of being for sale?

If you are planning on selling the domain, definitely put it for sale at somewhere like SEDO...just a small link won't attract enough attention.

Park it at sedo and list it for sale. Personally I find "domain for sale" landing pages to be a big turn off, since it hints to me that the person is probably asking way too much for it.

There was someone on this forum who came in here and listed a whole bunch of over-hyphenated crap domains for outlandish prices and had sale pages up with his faulty OVT counts and whatnot. 2 months later he was back trying to unload them for pennies (which, if I remember correctly, he was not able to do). Anyone who wants your domain enough to give you money for it is not going to be swayed one way or the other by a landing page.
