I believe sedo takes a cut of commission, as does most parking companies such as godaddy etc. If you can put your own ads I would recommend it. If it's too much trouble then I would search for the best split deal. Check out this thread What is the Best Domain Parking Company?

i use godaddy do far for my parked domains and they allow me to send traffic with any way i want also with adowrds , sedo allows only type in traffic which is not got to have limitations such as this .
try to find parking service that you wont have any problems to send traffic to your domains and better if you can add your own links to the page plus to use custom keywords .
Putting your own ads up isn't as easy as people make it sound. Parking companies are a good idea but shop around and find out which ones seem to perform best. There's normally a payout threshold and if you're not making big bucks from your names, it sucks to park them, and then move them 6 months later and not be able to take your commissions with you.
I can't stress this enough, if you add more hands in the marketing pot then you lose more money. With a bit of extra time you can build out your own adverts on your parked pages with ease and make a much higher percentage. Skip the middle men, why are we making people rich for writing half a paragraph of code??
I've used them in the past. They are good for buying and selling domains but take a $60 cut from domain sales.
As for parking I would say they are slightly better than average. Good but not brilliant.

Sedo is good for selling domains, parking revenue is negligible. Better to develop the domains

Parking is for people who have really good domains that will likely be typed in.
It is better to develop your domain. Take some time to learn Wordpress blog system. It is the best thing out there for writing content and monetizing it IMHO
If you do not have time... Find a parking company that will also add content on your websites and not just links. It works out better in the long run!
You are better off making your own custom parking page and monetizing it yourself, you'll make more money. I use them to park domains that I am looking to sell only.
If I had a domain with a lot of type-in traffic, I would rather re-driect it to an affiliate promotion or develop a site out of it.
