Hello and merry Christmas everybody!

ok,So far i have all my domains registered at 1and1.com The cost for domains run from $6.99-$8.99 is there any other place that's cheaper? Should i start my own domain Regisration/Parking website? if i plan on investing my time and money into domains i would think that that this would be Safe to do!!!...

The (.com) is a must have this is something i already know! But what about the others such as .Ws|.net|.org|info|.info|.us|.mobi|.name|.Tv| And so on would it be best for me to take all the available domains? For instance if EarnersForum.com was availble should i just register the .com or all available domains?

I have some great things planned for a unregistered domain name that i'm going to be registering ,Now besides just registering a domain should i order with hosting?

1and1.com has some great services but there support sucks!....

any advice, tips or suggestions are welcome due to me being a noob

check out name.com and dynadot.com

BTW if you have big plans for one of your names and you plan to spend good money on marketing, I suggest that you register as many extensions of the name as you can as well as typos of your name!

Typo squatting is a major source of income for pro domainers.

For example if you had registered a name like yhoo.com you would be making some major buck on lost traffic from yahoo.com

Cheapo:

Well, not really. Gabbing a typo of a trademarked name (regardless of whether the trademark is formally registered or has acquired rights via usage) will often land you in a WIPO domain proceeding.

It often depends on when you registered the domain (prior to registration or widespread use of a trademark is generally good). Of course, winning a WIPO mediation doesn't mean you won't be sued in court.

If someone is going to try for typos, they should try registering variations of words that are in common usage, and in most cases can't be trademarked. Names such as landlrod.com (oops!... that's one of mine) or landlodr.com (oops!... another of mine) or perhaps rnters.com (oops... yet another of mine) are generally safe.
