Im not sure what it stands for, so I'm going to go ahead and say you'd probably get the regular fee for it.

I think ti would be registration fee. I don't see anything valuable with it.

I also agree with the two previous posters. Registration fee (if that). There isn't anything that indicates that mogbat.com is of value. What does it mean? what could the site be build around?

It might be more valuable if you add a site to it when you sell it.
