im only a fan of .com, but if you can get super premiums on .me then there is a value, otherwise nothing much IMO

casino, sex, poker,,,, those sort of domains fetch value regardless of the extension
i think love.me, f(xx)k.me, sort of domains will have a good value as well

If you can snatch up some creative and memorable .me domains, they might be worth buying. The above poster pointed out two specific examples, but I think any <action_verb>.me domain could be valuable with the right development effort.

You can also pull a del.icio.us and grab some English words ending in me that are brandable, but I think this is probably the less profitable and safe path.
