Just make sure that you will be the domain name owner (have administrative rights) and domain name registrar have accreditation. Last and fresh example is estdomains

why not you try domainsarefree.com ?Its lowest low price domain provider.You may also choose netfirms.com. But,name.com is high rate now.

Godaddy has a low price but they are really sketchy in my eyes and I can not turst them at all after hearing some of the horror stories.

I also recommend name.com.

But whoever you choose, sometimes you can get even cheaper prices if you do a google search for coupons. I don't think I've every paid the advertised price for a domain because I'm usually always able to find a coupon!
