usually people register a domain with a specific goal in mind. with your domain, looks like a personal blog would be a good fit. however, it depends on your objective

good idea but english is my Second language. I'm sure nobody wants to read something what isnt grammar correct?
I agree with the personal blog concept that others suggested.
I am not sure that I agree with your statement above. If you have something to say that people want to read they will overcome your writing limitations.
Just be honest and say that English is not your primary language. You certainly do a better job with it than I do with anything else. The sad but true fact is that Americans are the largest non-second language speaking nation on the Earth.
I would have to agree, a blog or some type of site thats mainly focused on you, your background and interests. You could set the language two types if you wanted.
It could be about you but something more specific - say for example you're very interested in technology, you could put a spin on it, make a technology blog because its your biggest personal interest (or your 'life' - see what I did there? )
It may be MyOwnLife.com and it will decribe your personal life, for example, some unforgetable photos or video, some useful articles. Generally, the description of life - your dreams, hobbies, thoughts, etc.
