Your own nameserver to register domains? Are you looking for a domain reseller? or do you have a domain that you need to setup the nameservers on? Please be more specific and I will try to help.

Yes i mean how do i become a domain reseller? But i dont wanna tie up with some other commercial website and sell domains.

There are many places you can do this. Start by www.google.com and "Domain Reseller" Places like Enom, Godaddy, and many many others. Although unless you have the money to buy a hundred or so up front you can't make alot of money in it. Check out www.webhostingtalk.com and search "domain resellers" you will find tons of host opinions on which is the best.
