I enjoy Aplus.Net services when it comes to reselling... however getting a dedicated server is a better option in my eyes if you can handle the billing.

I have accounts with directi, and enom. I would say that directi is better for providing your end users with domain reseller accounts. Their service is Pay As You Go, while enoms is $100 minimum funds. Directi also offers complete template based backends for all users.

You may use Sibername.com as they offer multiple domain reseller hosting. Prices are not high and much space and traffic they offer.

Can't help mentioning glowhost.com reseller accounts, they offer them a lot on entrancing conditions.
They provide in-house support and free ClientExec billing software for their clients.

I'm assuming that you are talking about reselling domain names only and not hosting. Godaddy is easy to set up.

I already sell hosting and found out away to sell domains (i started fiveacedomains.info ) Godaddy asks for all your personall tax ids and such.

You can also get reseller accounts with enom or unifiedregistrar
