Is there such a tool like adwords, the tool that helps you search for which keyword is searched more etc, that would give you results of which domain is not yet used but has a nice chance of being searched most

I choose a domain name that is related to the services or products that I'm going to promote on!

You are right, but sometimes sweet domain names are taken and you need to make up with the name. And that is very long and quite hard process

People love short domain names and they are hunting on them and pay million dollars for them. Domain name length seems to be most important thing

When I already have decided on which niche to pursue, then came up to choosing a domain that's unique yet relevant and tells about what my niche is all about and that when people think of a niche where I belong they would be able to remember my domain.

I personally like domain names that are not too boring or too simple, even if they convey the site's products and services. I like names that are more clever or something that you don't hear every day.

When I look for a domain name, I usually look for it being brandable and easy to remember. What's not so important is that it relates to what the website is talking about, though it would be good.

Some websites have names that don't instantly tell you what they're about, like mine. Usually, that's fine.

I think it depends for what purposes you want to purchase the domain for. Personally I always pay attention to whether or not the domain is an exact keyword phrase that I can use.

Domain names are important. People tend to use their names or their professions (some are really creative!). This is fine as long as you double-check it after a coffee break. Taking a break is important so that you'll have 'new' eyes and will be able to 'see' what your domain name will be like if you used the very imaginative phrase: "pen island". I'm just sharing an example that I read somewhere and found hilarious.

Yeah, breaks are always good, sitting on it for a few days, or coming back to it after not hearing it for while work too. I like the imaginative phrases best, I mean, take Google for example, who can forget that name?

That is the most memorable domain name I have ever met
The problem is: it has 203 characters while 63 are allowed

I like descriptive domains (a word or phrase that say some about the site), I prefer domains that are the main keyword of the site...brandable and easy to remember are also fine...

I always just look for a domain that people will remember very well and one that is catchy so people will always come back to it. It does not remember how good the site or service is if people can not remember the name.
