I always have used GoDaddy for domains. But I don't use them for hosting.

Why? I suppose that some people find such opportunity very comfortable.

Just came across this Host review awards where in they award the Registrars or Hosting Providers on the basis of the votes that they receive........ You can check the list of best registrars on the basis of votes here....

My vote goes to Namecheap, the best out there. Their price are around$8.81 for a .com with a coupon code, free whoisguard, free (first year) SSL certificate, nice customer service.

The second best are Name.com, Domainsite (both are sister companies) and dynadot. Stay away from Godaddy!
