I have changed my domain name and my page rank went back to no page rank found... Will changing domain names also reset your page rank?

Setup 301 redirect from your old domain name to the new one and things will improve.
Good luck

Yes of course because the PR reads the domain.

Nope.

PR is assigned to a PAGE or a unique URI.

I would agree to siberforum. Having 301 redirect means telling SEs that the old site has changed and that domainold.com is equal to domainnew.com

Yah it will loose PR but do 301 redirection to pass the PR to your new domain.
