I agree that the website is a bit worthless and I don't really get the point of it? Maybe you shouldadd more info and concentrate on something less specific. Not just boxes.

I have contacted to tvonics.com people and offer them to get this domain but still no response ! This is also amazing that they didn't register this domain which is similar to their trademark ? I have registered it on Dec. 31, 2008. Why they didn't spend only $8 and secure their trademark ??

because their branded trade name is TVonics and that is what they have registered.

That domain means nothing to them. If you attempt to put up a site related to their industry they will just sue you and take the domain from you.

Add some worthwhile content and brand it somehow. Build some value into it. Buying a domain for 10 bucks does not provide value.
