Is there any worth on a 3 characther .info domain, or is it only worth the reg. fee???

Yes! There is absolutley some value in it. left.cc was apped to 800EUR. Maybe xxx.info could be worth some

there is some value but depends on how much the buyer will pay for it..is a dictionary word?

Maybe it's not worth more then the registration fee now but with time it will increase it's value. It's like your property, every year it increases in price and will almost never decrease.
