As long as it has a page rank of 5, yes it is worth $350. If the page rank is lower, then it probably isn't worth $350.

If people are actually dumb enough to pay for domains based on PR, I'm gonna go get rich.
The content gives you the PR, not the domain

Yes the content gives the website the page rank and not the domain name itself, but the popularity of the website is fairly high. Bringing lots of traffic to the website is very important in my own opinion. That is why I said earlier that the domain name is worth $350.

I would never pay hight fees for the domain name even if that has good appraisal, unless i'm interested in the domain name. I believe the potential buyers for that domain name do think in the same way like me

Why it's not listed on Google ? ==> Google ban it ! Why ? This domains uses Pagerank 301 Cheat, it's a rule to redirect google bots to domains that are higher pageranked. This domain is not a Pagerank 5. Search more on the Net about Pagerank cheat you will see exactly what im talking about.

Another thing, Pagerank is based on google, how a website can get 5 Pagerank and not even listed on Google
