Is there a site where you can park a domain but optimize it to rank high in the SERPs. If not optimize it - how about backlinking the heck out of the site in small niches so that it would float to the top?

I don't think it's possible...but what do you guys think?

If you are referring to domain parking for domain monetization then as per domain parking companies' terms and conditions, you can not build links to your domain without the keyword "domain for sale" (example, sedo.com)
