Hello, I started a sports site ten+ years ago as a hobby it has outgrown me now and I am ready to sell it so I can move on to other things, I really have no idea how to value it, I am not a salesperson, not even a very good webmaster really, Without really trying or knowing what I am doing, I am doing about 20,000 a year in revenue yearly. So the multiples don't really work for me, because if someone knew what they were doing, they would probably easily do 4x that amount. I havent even ever made a email advertising request, I just get emails from people and give them amounts to advertise and they say yes or no, no idea if I am even charging right.
It worked out ok for the last ten years, but now its a full time job and I really dont want a full time job. So how do I value the site to sell it?
The site is SportzNutz.com I have a lot of others that are fun, this one was fun, now its just a lot of work to me.
