Once you have the payment from the buyer. Ask Buyer to sign up for a GoDaddy account if he already does not have any and then push your domain to your buyer's GoDaddy account. GoDaddy provides this facility free.

I have moved sites and changes registrars before but I have never transferred a domain to a new owner. Can someone please tell me where to start or how to do this? I have my domains at godaddy.
