I was thinking of developing swinefluclinic.com but i am also considering selling it. Does anyone have any thoughts or have any ideas about the value to an end user? thanks

If you have no actual intentions or nice ideas to create off of that you'd be better of selling. But as noted above, a community about it may not be a bad choice. Especially since everyone is alert about the swine flu, especially colleges, you could probably start up a decent community including information to avoid it etc etc.

I would suggest putting up a community message board for now and later you can always add articles and resources about swine flu. It's a great name for a new niche that has a lot of buzz. It would be worth much more with a forum installed and traffic rather than just selling the name.

I would start a forum with it. It is an hot topic at this time and people love to discuss about it. Throw in some ads and it will generate some revenue as well.

Could be an interesting site, and timely too depending on your geographic target. I would evaluate how long you think people will have need for such a site and close competitors. If you can develop a good theme for the site, you might be able to make it successful. The domain name itself is SEO friendly and user friendly. In my recent blog post I identified those key characteristics as hard to come by, but crucial for any level of success.

You are about 6 months behind the ball, by the time you get a website live and sufficiently promoted to be getting noticed the swine flu epidemic will be over and your site will be about as topical as Christmas day in March.

Make it a news site, should be really easy to find different cases and re write it. should be able to have a ton of content. Ya your a bit behind for the rush you would of gotten 6 months ago but still think you got about atleast another year left on the topic. check the competition out.

quite difficult to come up with a good site with it. will need a lot of quality information and that is time consuming. maybe if i were you, i would create an auction to get the highest price.
