He isn't Robert

The funny thing is that President wants to get this domain (there are lots of articles about this crap in local media), but he can't do anything. Now president wants my brother to "donate" this domain name to him

Dell using the word that to in the starting of the name is not acceptable. Atlest what you do is book a new domain and redirect your domain as early as possible so that what ever link juice or weightage your site has in the search engine will be transfered to your new domain. I think this will be a very good option.

Six usernames from one IP all with "very similar" signature links is a bit of a give away

So your brother should sell the domain to the president. He must have enough money to pay for it.

No way! I use this domain for my person email account (myname@THIS_DOMAIN). If I need something from someone, I write from this email address and you will be surprised how nice and polite people become

If your website was just parked, they have no right to do this.
Dell is a generic term as google provides. They can kiss your ***.

google.com/search?hl=en&q=define%3Adell&btnG=Search

Imho all this cybersquatting bull**** is just a way to steal valuable domains.

For example lets say we have domain dellmini12[dot]com and they say it's not cool because you have the name in it.... but it's all cool to have dellmini12.blalalalalalala.com and sell their stuff there. Isn't this paradox? Yes it is, it's all about the money.

ya this is an obvious tm infring. I would spend more time reading the forums and research before you buy too many more domain names.

reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybersquatting

your in china, nuf said. china's big BUSINESS is copyright infringement lol i wouldnt worry about it too much. your a need in a hayfield there.

if i were you, i would continue doing whatever your doing, forwarding the domains to make some $$ on affiliate or whatever, and either trash that email, reply to it telling them "when i see my name on http://dockets.justia.com/ then we will talk", or work out a negotiation with them to for the domains.

Mike Rowe did it with microsoft, you can do the same.

good luck.

I suggest you to go to your local authority and register a company and register your trademark as dellmini9 and 12 in your name as soon as possible.

vilyanurchandra, that sounds interesting, but this brand is registered already, and I don't think this person will be able to re-register it.

Don't give him misinformation, just think about it It would be all alright with this what you suggest but only if he did it much time before.

Ok!

i thought the exact dellmini9 and dellmini12 phrases are not already registered trademark.

So,

Now i think you should talk to your lawyer and ask if you can get some compensation for loosing your domain and then give the domain to dell.

I would do the same, is better for you not to fight with soneone like DELL. You will win given it free to them. Maybe you can buy another domain name.
