.com's are more common but hard to find something catchy. But if you can find a catchy 3 letter .me I would use that. By catchy I mean something easy to remember.

com is too common, and already have more registered name.

you can go for .me,as far as iam concern domain extention counts for nothing when it comes to seo.I have a .in that outranked a .com

.ME can be used to create a very memoriable domain name... There is no problem for you to use it... See if you can create something that is easy to remember. Link2.me or something....

I don't like .me domain because they are short but don't sound too professional, plus they cost much more than .com.
