Domain not resolving on Local Computer

I cannot bring up one (only one) domain on my local computer.
This domain is owned and hosted by my (through resellers).

Things I have done:
Cleared the cache of Firefox & IE
Flushed the dns from cmd prompt
ipconfig /flushdns
refreshed NetBIOS names
nbtstat -RR
Purged NBT Remote Cache
nbtstat -R
Also ran this command that was suggested from a previous post.
arp -d

It is not a nameserver issue:
The company the domain is with has confirmed that the nameservers are correct.
I have waited 5 days for propagation of the domain. It has propagated as it is viewable on other computers.
I have been in contact with them and ran through all possible problems.

It is not an ISP issue:
The domain is viewable on other computers with the same ISP.
I have been in contact with them and ran through all possible problems.

It is not a hosting issue:
My IP is not blocked by the hosting company.
The domain appears fine when using the IP in the URL.

I have been in contact with them and ran through all possible problems.

Also the domain is viewable on ALL OTHER computers I have tested it on (5 other computers) & the ISP, domain registrar and hosting company have stated they can view the domain.

This leaves only one possible answer, something to do with my computer.

I have ran virus/malware scans with:
Comodo Internet security. Also my firewall is set to safe mode, where I am notified of any traffic.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
I also have my computer set to run scans nightly.

I am an reasonably experienced PC user (around 15yrs of about 8hrs a day, lol, get out more!), and I cannot figure this one out. Any suggestions?

Does a PING resolve the name to IP (I'd guess with your experience you've already done this)? If not, though highly unlikely, does the HOSTS file on your computer have a specific setting for that domain?
Or possibly TEMPORARILY disable firewall to ensure it's not getting in the way?

when 'pinging' the IP there are no problems.
when pinging the domain no success.
(NOTE: on any other computer there is no issue here).

Disabled firewall, still can't reach Domain.

Did not think of the hosts file. Thanks for the suggestion. There was no entry for the domain/IP there. I added it to try to allow it, though this did not work (I still need to test this on a reboot - But in the middle of FTP I dont want to break yet).

I will let you know if a reboot helps asap.

Also, I just parked another domain on this hosting account and it resolved straight away on my computer.

It seems you are having some problems with your name servers. Try to check that first of all.

run a traceroute (Command prompt -> tracert hostname) to see if you are being blocked somewhere

A tracert is fine, no problems for IP or domain. Though, the other day I could not do a tracert from my computer.

Nameservers have been checked numerous times. I am positive they are correct.

I did another ping today and there are no issue with pinging the domain now!!

So I have re-cleared the cache of firefox/IE and re-flushed the dns, still will not go to domain in firefox or IE!! Arrrrghhh

It is a very strange issue, I have set-up over 40 websites (I host around 30 of these) and manage around 70 domains. I have NEVER come accross this issue.

I now consider it a low priority , as I have other domains parked on this host and can manage admin duties from them (or from the IP). I am just spending too much time trying to fix this. Also it only happens from my computer, no issues on any other computer, even on the same network!

But I still welcome suggestions, I hate it when I cannot figure out why this happens.

Have you asked your ISP to have a look at things?
