Between hyphen or underscore for domain, according to you which is good ?

Neither if you can avoid it.

It does not really matter, just go with what you like.

Hyphen is recognized as a word separator by google, but not an underscore. so, Hyphen should always be used in URLs so Google and other search engines can read each word separately Also Hyphens are easier to type than underscores – no need for the shift key Hyphens are easier to read Underscores are hidden when URLs are underlined

If you recommend a site to say someone in a bar or restaurant, as soon as you mention underscore or hyphen they will have forgot the url.

You are right absolutely man. However I suppose you always have opportunity not to use dashes in the domain names.

For me, it is more readable when you use hyphen

Harder to type also. The dash is way up on the upper right away from all of the letters.

Avoid both. You only have one chance for people to remember your domain. When you put a hypen in the domain people have to remember that too.

Hyphen - as no shift is needed when typing

I think it worth to do your best to find domain name without dash.
I do not like such domain names.

I have seen plenty of users with links to the web hosting companies in sig asking what web hosting is. Good sign for prospective customers

Hyphens just ruin almost every good domain there is. You should avoid them at all costs.

Many times people do not see anything just low price. Low price seems makes them happy but poor service from so called hosts will make them cry soon.
