Of course I am, that is why I have asked for appraisal and I am looking for a quick sale...

I think it can be sold for low xxx$ because it has many exact searches and the domain is easy to remember.

It would not be worth as much due to the fact that it is based around a geographic location rather than a product. You might be able to sell it for $200 - $500 (I'm not interested though) but I would agree and say that even approaching the city themselves would fetch you a better price.
The exact search of 1900 is not much, so it may even be a bit lower than the price I estimated.
