I bought recently the extension .org of a a reputable and famous compagny. The domain have been registered in 10 countries but it seems that they forgot this one.

I am not living in us and not a us citizen.

I saw that more and more people buiny domain trademark have to go to court and have to paid dammage.

My question is: is there a risk to own a such domain if we don't use it.
Why can we buy it if it's not possible to own it without risk?
Is it possible to sell it?
What are your suggestions in this case ?

No matter where you live, there is every chance you will be forced to relinquish the "ownership" of the name, simply because the trademark owners HAVE to take action on each case otherwise they could lose the right to protect their name in the future.

I suppose that is not good idea to invest in such domain names.

It is definitely trademark infringement.
You can try selling it or else I doubt it can be of any use.
