I suppose that would depend on the domain name extension which you are going to have. Various web hosting companies might have various domain names on the cheap rates.

I usually get them from either godaddy or namecheap depending on the tld. If it's .com then namecheap otherwise godaddy.

Namecheap. So far the only company I haven't had any problems. And the prices are always fair + they have promos all the time.

My best option would be to go with Go Daddy. i feel they are the best and cheap to buy a domain.

There are many companies which are providing domain services, but the more important thing is that ask them where you will host my website because its very necessary taht your website should be hosted in that area where customer you are targeting. If you are targeting Uk then your site should be hosted in UK or Ireland then should be hosted in ireland. I generally perfer Godady.

I would choose a registrar directly not the reseller.
