Help with Domain Name issue...

Hi Guys,

So I've set up a handful of websites before, however I'm having some issues and just need a touch of feedback to know if I'm doing something wrong, being impatient or there is a real problem.

I have bought a domain name (www.noteddesign.co.uk) through 123-reg. I have my website hosted at www.host-ed.net

Previously I have used host-ed and had no problems, and bought domains through Go-Daddy and they all worked fine.

Now this time I bought my domain at 123-Reg, changed to nameservers to point at host-ed.net (I left the DNS settings untouched, and just updated the nameservers.) And added noteddesign.co.uk to my domains at Host-ed.net (Their status indicator says the site should be up by now.)

I did this over 24 hours ago and the domain still brings up the default 123-Reg holding page, and now, when I type the domain name noteddesign.co.uk into my address bar, it automatically changes it to

http://81.21.76.62/noteddesign.co.uk/index.html

When using Go-Daddy for other sites, I never had this happen. Have I missed something, changed/not changed something I should have or is it something on their end?

Thanks for any insight into what's going wrong.

Ah, it works for you? You get the site showing up as opposed to the holding page?
Thanks

It worked for me as well. I suppose you need to check if there any issues on the side of your ISP.

Works here also.

Its could be a DNS cache issue @ your ISP.

Maybe change your local computers DNS servers to googles free ones for testing?

Should resolve itself over the coming days anyway.

Or maybe cash of the browser you have been using. That also could be the reason.
