I want to change my domain from .co.cc to .com

But have few questions?
1. What will happen to my site ranking? Will it start over?

2.If the site is already indexed by the search engine with.co.cc domain then after moving to .com will the search engine show my site as .com or it will re-index with the new domain.

1. Nothing (just make sure you have 301 redirect issued).
2. That will take some time for SE. First time they will show as .co.cc

Nope YOU have to start over again as I don't think you have the capibility to apply permanent redirects from a .cc name.

Your idea of moving is good but if you change your site's domain name then of course search engine crawl it from the very begining and there is no relation of previous one site in this.

Register new domain name and redirect from the old one

No you don't have to keep it permanently. Keep a 301 redirection for 3-6 months and Google will change your site in search result.
