Hi.
I paid them a few hours ago 20$ for redirecting my .eu and .com domains to my .ro domain .
Everything went smoothly untill right after the paying part.
After that , I received a user and password to a resseler application , but the password is not also good for webforwarding->manage your account .
They have absolutely no way to contact live support (except through reseller application-which I doubt it works )

Did I loose my money to those **** indians ? (
Edit ... well , it seems the ticket system from the reseller application is working after all , I've got a mail saying they will update me soon ...

more than 24 hours later ... problem still unsolved ...
They've send me a mail saying the .com domain is not registered . Ok , but what stopped them from making the .eu work ??
Meanwhile I've registered the .com and the registrar offered free forwarding , and everything went as smooth and easy as possible .
I am still waiting for "the indians" to fix my .eu domain and return me the money for .com .

Why not to contact your domain Registrar and ask them to solve the problems you faced?

If you have access to the webserver from the .eu you could redirect via .htaccess

Let's face it ... english people have a much better record at being serious then indians . Want proof ? my .eu domain is still not working after more than 24 hours ...
They didn't refund for .com but offered .eu renewal for the money .
So I guess they are legit , it was partly my fault because I didn't registered first the .com domain , but I am positive they could have handled the problem better and faster.

yes you are right my friend, but you should not blame and abuse the Indians as you did in your first post...
