Does this mean that mydomain.com will rank 1st in the keyword search term result?

No. Keywords in your domain give little weight in search ranking.

So if I have a domain that is = to the keywords, it should rank within the top 5 on the 1st page..am I right? If no..what is the reason?

because the domain name has very little value for "ranking"

Now how does Trading.Com manage to be within the 1st 10 on the 1st page? They have No Content!

They have good content and high traffic. Simple as that. In demand traffic brings in more content and it is continuous which is why they are ranked high.

Sex. com has "0" traffic being driven to the site..as far as keyword rich.. they are..

Trading.com has "0" traffic being driven to the site..BUT is within the 1st 10 on page 1 for a search result for the keyword: Trading and is Keyword Rich..

What am I Not understanding?

The fact that trading.com has been a live website for THIRTEEN YEARS and has such has built up many NATURAL links.

You're saying content is key, but content is not read by spiders, but by humans.therefore you are saying that in order for a site to rank high, it needs to have good content to attract traffic, but the site is so far from the first page that nobody's gonna read it, I think its a classic catch 22

b) millions of peoplel typed www.sex.com into their browsers in the hope of some free smut

Well ,the keyword in the domain has some value to search engines ,but not the greatest (SEO,good and unique content are the most important).
