Hi, I'm considering to buy two short domain names which look something like:

ab5DOTorg and a8bDOTorg

They are both just a few months old and have less or no traffic or pagerank.

How much do you think I should buy them for?

Once I do buy them, how much could I sell them for?

Is it a good investment?

I've heard and seen in the past that such short domains cost a lot of money since they are:

1) Short thus easy to remember
2) Hard to get as they are almost always registered

If I told you that I'm getting both for $45, what would you guys say? Great bargain, good bargain or leave it?

I'll most probably put up blogs or directories on them and get their ranks, backlinks and traffic up a little.

Would I make a few hundreds with little or no effort if I decide to sell them in the future?

I suppose that the price for them is reasonable.. you can buy them without doubt.

Unless you can have a good use for those name I would walkaway. Not really a TOMA name.

You would need to develop them into a niche that someone is wanting.

yeah, the domain should be keyword optimized.. there are many useful keyword suggestion tools - you can do a search and find some.
