What does Lazah mean? I sat here trying to figure it out and couldn't find a thing.

Lazah Is Like "Lazer"
But spelled lazAH like instead of ER its AH.

If these both domain are booked by anyone now you have to option to choose some other name for your website. because it is not possible that two websites has the same domain names.

Well, if you are really serious about the domain, then contact the owner and see if he wants to sell the domain. You never know, he might just negotiate for a deal.

If the domain has been already taken, there is nothing you can do except for contacting the domain owner and try your luck with it. If he sells it for a reasonable price, you can purchase it, otherwise, you will have to change the name of your website or choose a different domain.

I suppose that you can find possible information via Whois lookup and contact the registrant. then ask him to sell the domain for you.
